Shipping & Return

 

Purchases made on the Nest store ship as soon as your product is available. You’ll receive emails about the status of your order, but you can also check the status of your order by signing into your Nest Account on the Nest store. Orders are sent through various carriers

When your order will ship

In most cases, your order will ship within 3-5 business days. We’ll send you an email when it ships along with a confirmation email that has your delivery service information and tracking number.

If part of your order isn’t available for immediate shipment, your order will not ship until all items are available. You will see “Processing” if you check the status of your order online. When your order ships, the status will change to “Completed”, and you’ll receive a shipment notice with a tracking number.

Shipping methods and carriers that we use

In the US, we offer FedEx and UPS shipping to physical addresses. Shipping is not available to PO boxes or military bases.

In Canada, we offer UPS Express and UPS Ground shipping to physical addresses (no PO Boxes).

International shipping

All orders placed on the Nest store must have the same country for the shipping and billing address. 

How to check the status of your Nest order

If you placed an order while signed into your Nest Account, you can see your order status in the My orders tab at www.mischiefworkshop.com.

We’ll also send you email updates on the order status right after the order is placed and once it’s been shipped.

If you made a purchase without a Nest Account, you’ll need your order number and the email address you used when placing your order.

The order number starts with the letters NG followed by 11 numbers. You’ll see your order number on the Nest store’s order confirmation page after you check out. It’s also included in the receipt emailed to you.
